Multimedia Marketing

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and versatile Multimedia Content Marketing to join our marketing team. This position is crucial for the creation, management, editing, and distribution of multimedia content, focusing on the production of audio, video, and photography to enhance our communication strategies and effectively connect with our audience. The ideal candidate should also be ready to take on any other tasks necessary to support the marketing department's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Multimedia content creation and editing: Create, edit, and produce high-quality content in video, audio, and photography formats for digital platforms and advertising campaigns.

  • Social media management: Manage and optimize social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), ensuring regular posting of engaging content aligned with the brand’s strategy.

  • Creativity and storytelling: Develop innovative content ideas that emotionally connect with the target audience, ensuring every piece of content tells a compelling and relevant story.

  • Campaign optimization: Collaborate in the implementation of multimedia advertising campaigns, analyze their performance, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize impact.

  • Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with other marketing, graphic design, and production teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Digital trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, audiovisual production, and photography to apply best practices and keep the content relevant.

  • Support department activities: Take on any other tasks as needed, ensuring the smooth functioning of the marketing department and contributing to its overall success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in multimedia content creation, editing (audio, video, photography), and knowledge of editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition, etc.).

  • Experience in social media management and performance metric analysis on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Strong creative skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas that stand out in the market.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop public relations.

  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and their application across various multimedia formats.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferably), with strong written and oral communication skills in both languages.
