Job Title: Certified Flight Instructor

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Miami Executive Airport, Miami, FL

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Flight Instructor (CFI-I) to join our team at Miami Executive Airport. The CFI will be responsible for providing flight instruction to students seeking private pilot, instrument rating, commercial pilot, and certified flight instructor ratings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct flight and ground training in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and our flight school’s policies and procedures.

  • Prepare students for FAA knowledge and practical tests.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and ensure all required paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

  • Promote safety and airmanship in all aspects of flight training.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our students and ensure their needs are met.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current CFI certificate with an Instrument Rating.

  • Have a minimum of 400 hours of dual given flight instruction.

  • Be able to work 6 days a week and have a flexible schedule.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Be knowledgeable about FAA regulations, flight training techniques, and safety procedures.

  • Be able to work in a team environment and contribute to the growth of our flight school.

  • Be local to the Miami Executive Airport.
